JUDr. Lukáš Bohuslav, Ph.D. is the assistant of the Department of Criminal Law the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. He practices in AK Gřivna & Šmerda, s. r. o. He specializes in issues related to the criminal liability of legal persons, including training and the creation and implementation of compliance programs in this area. In 2014 he was published his monograph themed: The criminal liability of legal persons (Aleš Čeněk). He is co-author of several university textbooks and publication Transport Law (C. H. Beck, 2016). He was involved in creating law regulating prostitution and focuses on issues related to legal information systems.
